Terms & Conditions - Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully the TERMS & CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
Once you book your service, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
We will confirm availability within 24 hours of booking and you will receive a request for payment via bank transfer. All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.
Once full payment is received, we will email your confirmation of booking with your pick up location and time. This should be saved for your own reference and shown (in print or from your device) when the service starts.
We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the service you have paid for.
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the dates you booked upon receipt of our confirmation.
Cancellations made by clients must be requested in writing to and the date of cancellation will be calculated based on Italian standard time.
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance, no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) in advance, 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled event, 100 percent cancellation fee.
No show: 100% cancellation fee.
Please note that a handling fee of 10 Euro applies to any cancellation and will not be refunded.
Please note we try our best to provide our services in all circumstances and weather conditions.
Should we cancel any of our services for circumstances that are beyond our control we will offer an alternative solution. Should this not be feasible for you, we will proceed to fully refund the amount you paid. No other liabilities or claims will be accepted for services not provided.
If you have a delay for any reason or you wish to reschedule the service, you must promptly inform us via email or phone +390412960516. We will try our best to meet your needs, however please note that changes may imply additional charges or should changes not be possible, we will consider the service provided as per prior agreement.
There is no insurance cover included in the price of our services, therefore we recommend that you have yor own travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for any injuries or loss you may incur or for theft, loss or damage to your personal belongings or caused to third parties’ belongings while you are taking part in any of our services.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No services can be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. Under certain weather conditions as per Authorities information (such as high water “acqua alta”, snow or strong winds) we will try to propose alternative solutions, however the service shall in no way be considered refundable.
